Gartner believes the financial impact of communication overload is in excess of £20M per annum for an organization with 10,000 knowledge workers. Organisations communicate with their employees via email, SMS, Intranet and contact centres. These channels of communication have become so overburdened that they are no longer effective, or they are so expensive to be prohibitive. Users have to search for information on the Intranet, in their emails, or go through time consuming telephone calls.

LNP V3.0 is a new approach in business to employee (B2E) and business to customer (B2C) communication that harnesses and manages all the best attributes of existing digital communication channels, but in addition delivers new high impact direct ‘push’ channels that can punch through the communication fog to employees’ desktops and/or handheld devices when really critical information needs to be delivered. Additionally, it provides a ‘closed loop’ system that confirms a message has been received and understood.

LNP V3.0 further extends the functionality of previous versions through enhanced scalability, centralised configuration and delivery management and an improved reporting, auditing and response mechanism.
