Siemens IT Solutions Showcased at SDI Conference
Nick Leach, Service Manager & Louise Cooney, Service Desk Operations Manager, Siemens IT Solutions recently presented a session entitled: “Transform Your Service, Find The Right Mix” at the Annual SDI Service Desk Excellence Conference. Nick and Lousie discussed the challenges of achieving high service availability, customer satisfaction and low call volumes and how it requires a complex mix of the best people, strong processes and the correct technology.They went on to describe how Siemens have utilised people and processes to transform their service to the BBC.
